Corporate Relocation requires careful planning to ensure a smooth execution and our Relocation Consultants are equipped to assist you throughout the planning process. We make your life easier during the stressful time of moving a business. We understand that the relocation has to be handled with immense responsibility as the process should not disturb the regular productivity and work flow.
We know that packing can be one of the biggest challenges in moving. At Phoenix Movers we treat your belongings like we would treat our own. That is why we provide you with FREE stretch wrapping of all large items such as furniture and appliances. Our professional crews are trained in packing methods proven to prevent damage during transit and we offer custom crating for everything from electronics, antiques to fine art.
Each additional mover is $30 per hour more. Each additional fully equipped truck is $50 per hour more. Our rates include tape, stretch wrap, blankets & wardrobe boxes, as well as assembly & disassembly of necessary items. Boxes and packing paper are purchased separately. The one additional charge is the driving portion of your move.
If you're wondering whether or not to purchase insurance prior to moving, you may want to consider the fact that no matter how careful you are in choosing your moving company, accidents- as unlikely as they are- could still happen. Boxes can bump or shift during transit and no amount of research into a company's DOT safety record can guarantee that road conditions (natural disasters, other drivers, etc.) won't impact your shipment in any way.
