My experience with G&G started off well and quickly turned awful. I met G&G at a local contractor event at Menards. They were very nice and professional, and quickly arranged a time to come onsite to provide a quote for stairs that I wanted added to my deck. They provided a professional presentation with several references and ensured customer service was their number one priority. I was given a quote and was able to negotiate down to a price that I found reasonable. We even BOTH signed a contract for the work. They said they would schedule within 1-2 weeks. Josh Lambert with G & G Restoration was our point of contact. Josh was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked as our advocate with the insurance company to get our roof and siding replaced due to storm damage. The work was completed on schedule and our property was cleaned-up beautifully. Our new roof and siding look great! Thanks G&G for a job well done.

G and G not only did a great job on my roof but went the extra mile helping me with my insurance process from start to finish which was such a stress relief. They also gave me all the information to choose the best roof for me and my home and were great about being able to break down the technical side of roofing to my level of understanding. I would recommend them to everyone, service was top notch.

Needed to have a few roof leaks fixed. They came and took a look, got us a quote, and fixed the issue all within about two weeks. They even pushed the schedule forward to get it done before the approaching rain. Very professional and did a great job walking us through exactly what they were doing and why. I would highly recommend their services.

Where do I start. First off the owner of this company, Geremiah, was very difficult for me to deal with. He was extremely rude and volatile towards me. At one point during my dealings with him he was screaming at me on the phone and threatening me. He resorted to name calling and personal attacks on my character. The phone call was so distressing it left me in tears. When my husband called to confront him about his behavior, he proceeded to get in a blowout argument with him as well. I'm not sure how in the world someone who behaved this unprofessional has managed to stay in business!

Tried to hire this company to do simple siding repair. Came out, took piece of siding to color match, then pushed me to back burner. They played phone tag for over three weeks. Never emailed an estimate even though I gave them my address three or four times. Luckily a friend recommended someone else who had the work done within a week. These guys obviously take on too many jobs and can't handle the workload. No stars deserved

Our roof received hail damage as part of a recent storm. Geremiah has been reliable, professional and timely throughout the process. Our new roof was completed on Monday less than 2 weeks from the initial call. He has promptly answered my phone calls and text messages throughout the process.
I appreciated that he took the time to sit down with my husband and I and explain the situation until we felt comfortable with a decision regarding the roof. His team was professional and did a great job cleaning up the yard etc. after the roof was complete.
