Katrina was very knowledgeable regarding my tax needs. My tax had multiple filing requirements and she explained in such a way that I was able to understand. Filings were completed in a timely manner. I was very pleased and felt comfortable with her and her team handling my financial affairs with the IRS and NM STATE. I have used her for the last two years, and she was even able to review my old taxes, and refile to clean up the mess my last accountant had made.

I absolutely don't even give Katrina Lucero one star she is the worst CPA ever!!! She is very unprofessional and her fees are absurd. Like her other reviews have stated she doesn't reach her deadlines and then blames the Client. Quite frankly I don't see this terrible business owner/ CPA being in business much longer. Locally she is known as the notorious, ostentatious CPA.

This CPA firm is the only firm that we have ever worked with that knew Intel stock option tax accounting and rules. We have been utilizing this firm for several years now. Katrina Lucero herself reviewed our returns, quickly identified the problems/errors, and suggested amending several years of tax returns which allowed us to receive refunds of overpaid tax mostly from my stock options being taxed twice, once by my employer and the second time on our erroneously prepared tax retuens. We interviewed several CPAs and tax preparers before Katrina and not a single one caught the issue with our

We retained the firm of Katrina B. Lucero, CPA Accounting & Taxation Services, LLC to complete accounting/income tax preparation & filing of tax returns for our business. All the engagement letters regarding the services outlined to be performed have been extremely under estimated. The engagement letters state that if she determines the estimate is too low she will obtain approval to go above amount outlined in engagement letter; however, no approval was ever obtained from us. Throughout our business relationship with Lucero CPA, she & her staff were constantly behind on our books

Probably one of the rudest and incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I went to Katrina for a meeting to see if she could help me with a time sensitive situation I was dealing with, regarding the stock issuance of one of my companies. I talked to a gentleman who was Katrina's assistant at first, and he had no idea what he was talking about because he was new. He recommended I schedule a meeting with Katrina and I did. When I got to her office for the meeting, I sat in her waiting area in a suit for about 30 minuets past our scheduled time (not a good sign, should of walked out right then
