1st day being seen and I already can tell that coming to this office was the best choice I have ever made for myself. The Dr actually takes time to educate and helps you feel confident in the work that he does. The office is inviting and very clean. I am already counting down the days to my next appointment, I am so excited to go again.

Dr. Mike grew up in the Puget Sound. He graduated from Kentridge High School and attended the University of Washington. He then followed in the footsteps of his father, Austen Chan, PhD, DC, and attended Palmer Chiropractic College West, graduating in 1999. He has since been happily running his clinics.
Fircrest Spine Center is great! For someone who has persistent back problems, I've been looking for a place that has the knowledge and experience to guide and advise me through the pain. I feel like Fircrest Spine Center does just that. They're incredibly accommodating and I always feel like I'm in safe hands.

Top of the line customer service and friendliness. I can tell that whenever I walk in I’ll leave with a smile on my face. I’m super impressed with everyone on the team. My massages couldn’t be better! At the front desk it’s a little stash of chocolate and it stays full no matter how much gets eaten. Then there’s Nuggie <3 the worlds most precious mascot

Front desk is super friendly and helpful. Front office checked my insurance benefits and got back to me about scheduling within a few hours. I am pregnant with my first and was a little anxious. I was in need of an adjustment and I contacted them and they were able to squeeze me in same day. I had such a great experience that I came back the next day for a massage. Both the doctor and the massage therapist were top notch! They spent time asking me a lot of questions to narrow in on my pain so they can effectively treat me. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and accommodating. An all around great office!

First day there, the ladies in the front were very friendly. The new trainee was very friendly and she liked my anime shirt..so good job on your new hire:) Dr. Mike was awesome, he went over the paperwork with me n my dad. Went in with my dad, he cant really walk tho...my dad really liked Fircrest Spine Center. I would recommend Fircrest to anyone who needs an awesome chiropractor.

The Dr. Cody and his staff were friendly and accommodating to my need for their service. As a first time patient of their clinic, they were able to provide me their service, especially that my check up was a last minute accommodation.

Dr. Cody has taken a new approach to treating my issues. I've seen many chiropractors/physical therapists, in many places, and none compare to Dr. Cody. He's made the experience pleasurable while taking an in depth look at my issues. I look forward to going in and making significant progress. I have to say that this working with Nicole & Dr. Cody has been one of the best experiences I have ever had with any organization. Nicole always greets you with a smile and is genuinely excited to watch the healing that takes place in the office.

Dr. Asa is an amazing chiropractor! He is very caring, full of fun facts, easy to work with and most of all - he does great with my back re-alignment. I always feel relaxed and carefree after each appointment.

Very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. Nicole is genuinely interested in conversation and makes sure you're all set with scheduling and making things run smoothly. I've been struggling with horrific back pain for years but my insurance didn't cover chiro. I finally decided to pay out of pocket and found Fircrest Spine Center. After a massage and two adjustments I can feel the changes happening. I'm so happy I could cry because this injury has effected my quality of life. Definitely worth every star the staff here is just amazing. I needed get my back looked at since the change in job i've been more stagnant and my back has been giving me signs for the past three months. I found this place through yelp and just so happen my medical insurance covers it. I called in and got lucky with an appointment within an hour timespan from when i called. The location was easy to find, I was checked in and seen immediately after. I already feel lighter and cant wait to come back.

I first started seeing Dr. Hansen when the clinic was in DuPont. I have had back pain for many years and being a nanny and lifting kids all day doesn’t help. I continued going a bit after they moved locations but then stopped for over a year. Just a week ago I decided I really needed to go back so I made an appointment. I can't rave enough about FSC. Nicole is always there to greet me with a smile, talks to me like we've been friends for years, and makes sure I'm taken care of. Paloma is some kind of mystical massage master who is amazing at finding those sore spots and knots. She always makes me laugh and gets me closer to feeling better every time I see her. Dr. Asa is extremely good at his job. He walks you through everything he does and explains things well. Bonus: cracks your back and cracks you up. I hope to recover asap but I will definitely remain a customer. This place is my new joint

I've been to a handful of chiropractors in California and in the midwest, and Dr.Hansen is one of the best ones who has ever adjusted me. He's very thorough and I always leave the adjustment table happy.

I have been going to Dr. Hansen for a year and a half now. I've had a lot of issues with my lower back and neck, he's got me all fixed up and I haven't had chronic pain in a while. I now just go for maintenance. My husband and dad have gone to him as well and felt great after one session. I would highly recommend Dr. Hansen.

I'm so glad that Dr. Asa Hansen and the rest of the team at DPCC came to the DuPont area. It is wonderful having the convenience of a great chiropractor close to home.
