For more than half a century William H. Lane Incorporated has demonstrated how attention to the changing needs of a growing and diverse clientele can lead to success. William H. Lane opened the doors of an 800 square-foot, three-room office in 1967. Lane's first project, awarded that October, was a 30,000-square-foot warehouse for the Borden Company in Bainbridge, New York.
Less than a year later, Saul Horowitz Jr., President of HRH Construction Corp., expressed his interest in the fledgling firm by awarding Lane its "breakthrough" contract. It was a $3 million, 241-room Treadway Inn (now the Holiday Inn Arena) in Binghamton, NY. That contract, successfully completed, was Lane's stepping stone to larger and more complex contracts.

Construction Management is an effective method of satisfying an owner's construction needs. It treats the project planning, design and construction phases as integrated tasks within a system. These tasks are assigned to a construction team consisting of the owner, the construction manager and the design professionals.
We have a long, proud history of providing "Traditional General Construction" services to many clients. Our management and estimating departments utilize the latest construction software and technology allowing us to accurately budget services for the owner. We also have a database of thousands of subcontractors and suppliers throughout the country.
We know that having the right building in the right location can add to your business' productivity. That's why we offer our Development/Lease-Back Service as an alternative to ownership. It offers the advantages of having the building you really want without up-front construction costs.
When you select our Lease-Back Service you'll have the security of a long-term lease, plus the choice of a buy-out option which would allow you to own the building if it still meets your needs. In addition to providing a wide range of site selection options including vacant land and existing buildings, we also offer attractive leasing agreements.

Subcontractors beware! If you were thinking of working for these guys I would run the other way as fast as you can! The only reason they are still around is they prey on hard working companies and try to steal from you while they pull the blanket over your eyes! Do your financials a favor and stay FAR away. Need to change their name from W H Lane to W H LAME

W h lane led by mark lane and associates have developed a business model thats basis is to blame subcontractors for w h lanes own inadequacies. They while delay anything and everything to try to break your will and steal your money. In fact, they have a guy that specializes in screwing you over with blasphemous documents. This company is truly a despicable company that no one should ever do business for or with. If you do happen to work for them I would walk off a job site the minute they don’t pay contract work or change orders. Do your self a favor and stay FAR AWAY these theives...
