I tried all of the ciders on tap, and although I typically lean to the sweeter side, every single one was tasty. I also didn't get that odd, hard to describe flavor that I often notice with ciders. I love the feel of the place. Open and airy. Beautiful tables and I love that they display the work of local artists. I didn't eat there but the pizza smelled divine. The lady working was very friendly and welcoming too. If you're in town I highly recommend stopping in.

This was my first visit to fat ptarmigan.
I ordered the spicy reindeer pizza.
I’m my opinion, the pizza would be better with more sauce and less cheese.
Also, I’d prefer mozzarella only. Adding provolone cheese in order to be different…is too different.
Portion size small for the price.
2/3 employees I met were positive energetic and engaging. The third was self absorbed.
I’m not planning on a revisit.

We are locals and love eating here...normally.
Always eat in where I can ask that they include enough basil on the margarita pizza for more than 1 bite. Otherwise the pizza looks like the one I ordered for carry out today. What a huge disappointment!
Even though I asked the person on the phone to make sure there was enough basil for more than 1 bite, their promise to double check was pointless.
Shame on me for not looking before I left but after 35 minutes to get it, I rushed home. Shouldn't have to check but I should have. Lesson learned

We came back to this place after visiting it earlier in the week. When the weather is nice, eating on the outdoor patio is awesome. You're right in the middle of downtown activity. We also like the ciders. My wife prefers the pineapple, I was fond of the dry hopped. Even the extra dry was very palatable. Pizza is also very good.

Was looking for a quick bite for lunch when I walked into this cute place. The ciders were so good. I’d totally go with a flight so you can try all of them. I also had the mushroom pizza which was so good. Crust was handmade and the toppings just melted into your mouth. Tasted very farm to table which I love. I will be making this a regular stop for when I return.
