When we returned home one afternoon, we noticed water on the floor in front of the dishwasher. Once I turned off the water and removed the kickboards to inspect, it appeared that a line to the dishwasher had sprung a leak and water had soaked the entire floor under all the kitchen base cabinets.
We called Eco Clean Hawaii and they immediately had a team come out to inspect the area and help us to resolve the issue. Lydio and his team were excellent to work with. Our very old water heater leaked and caused damage to the walls and flooring. The water heater is located in the closet beneath the stairs so there was water in that area beneath the stairs. Daniel was able to come on short notice to assess and he did a very thorough job finding out how much water and moisture had accumulated. We appreciated his expertise, kindness and even great enthusiasm to help us fix our problem. We especially loved his positive energy. He advised us what to do until he came back the next day with Antonio (who was also very awesome, friendly and very helpful!!) to open up

When my parents' first floor flooded during the heavy rains in March, I called Eco Clean. They came quickly and were very professional. After identifying where the water was under the carpet, they started an air filter and a dehumidifier. They pulled up the carpet the next day. Their quick response prevented any mold from starting. We appreciated how fast and clean and courteous they were.

I had a great experience with Eco Clean. I contacted Lydio for professional carpet cleaning after vacating my rental. He was able to also set me up with a professional general cleaning service as well (Divine Cleaning). They both did an incredible job and my rental looks amazing. Im sure we will get our full security deposit back!

My apartment flooded on Friday ,May 3,2019, Roy and Antonio came, first thing they said sorry this happened. I was so touched. No one else asked how i felt, all my stuff, my life, my mom's ashes was in water zone. I most concerned about her asges everything else can be replaced. Roy called the property owner to tell him, i could not be in apartment for 3 days due to water. Roy told me secure my valuables, i said my mom's ashes mist valuable. He made sure i took her with me.
