Did you know that indoor air quality is one of the Environmental Protection Agency's top 5 environmental health concerns? And studies have found that the air inside of your home or office can be 2-5 times more polluted than the outside air. At ARP, we recognize the importance of helping our customers maintain a comfortable and healthy indoor environment.
Don't compromise your home comfort, take control of it. With ARP's advanced control systems you can transform your home or office, room-by-room into an oasis of comfort from anywhere in the world! ARP's professionally installed zoning systems allow you to selectively heat or cool individual spaces as they need it, drastically reducing your hot and cold spots, temperature fluctuations and overall energy usage.
Don't get left in the dark. If you've ever experienced an extended power outage, you know what it's like to go without electricity, hot water, and what a nightmare it is to preserve refrigerated and frozen food. Power loss in Northeast Ohio can be sudden, unexpected and caused by a variety of reasons, most frequently storms and inclement weather.
At ARP our job is to make your home or office as comfortable and safe as possible. That is one of the many reasons why we not only employ highly-trained HVAC technicians, but also licensed and certified electricians. Whether you are in need of new or upgraded wiring, circuit breaker replacement, or a surge protection device, ARP's well-defined team of experienced professionals has you covered.
A 90% plus furnace has two heat exchangers (a primary and a secondary) and are commonly called "condensing" furnaces. These furnaces are capable of extracting at least 92% of the heat from combustion and transferring it into your home. The term "90% plus" means just that, the furnaces's efficiency rating is above 90%.

My furnace died over the very cold weekend. Andy was very responsive when I called on Monday. It all came together very quickly, he gave me choices and gave me good explanations of the products. Today I am toasty and warm. The installers were on time and very professional. The clean up was perfect, and the product is awesome. Thank you so much, I would give 10 stars if I could. I have already recommended ARP to friends.

From the moment that I met with Andy Pech, owner of ARP Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. I was impressed with his methodical approach, knowledge, and professionalism. Every step of the process from the initial discussion of purchase options to the installation of my furnace, A/C and thermostat was a 5-Star experience. The team of install technicians were friendly, punctual and highly professional. I felt at ease during the entire process. The team of three technicians were top notch. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after they finished. Every operational detail of the

ARP did a whole house generator install for us. From the time when Andy Pech came out and did the estimate and made recommendations, through multiple communications with the pleasant and very competent office staff, until the install which was quite an involved and complex job this company did not disappoint.
Today was the day and the install team was very professional, careful, hardworking, and pleasant throughout the entire process. We just got done building our home and from vast experience we know what is good work and what is good value. ARP provides both.
Highly recommended.

ARP serviced my generator at an agreed price of $150 for routine maintenance. Generator had been working fine. Service call for agreed items took a little less than one hour. Tech noted a switch was bad and stated that this part is frequently replaced. He had one in his truck. It took 5 minutes to change the part. When he prepared the bill, I was charged $171 for the part. I complained the part probably only cost $30 and took 5 minutes to replace - why such an outrageous charge. He stated that was the price his company told him to charge. I later went on line and as a consumer could buy

We contacted ARP when we became concerned the furnace motor may be going bad. On a busy Monday morning, our call was very pleasantly received with a promise that they would call later that day to schedule the service call. As promised, they notified us that a technician would be there at 1000 hrs. on the next day. Tony showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. He assured us the motor was okay and that he would perform a service to the unit. The cost was very reasonable. We will use ARP for our HVAC and generator service from now on. This is how companies should operate.

This is a professional, family-owned business, and I love the people there (emphasis on people!). Everyone treats me like a REAL person, and they are REAL when it comes to customer service, billing, scheduling maintenance, doing follow-up, answering my silly questions, etc.
Donna and Diane in the office are phenomenal. Don, the technician who serviced my Generac generator (that ARP installed a couple of years ago), was very thorough on my recent service call.
Best of all is Andy, the owner of ARP. He is honest, hard-working, and conscientious. He holds himself, and everyone at his company

We recently purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from ARP Heating and Cooling and we could not be happier. From the first phone call to set up an appointment for someone to come out and give us an estimate, the staff has been friendly and helpful. Andy, the owner came out for the first consultation and to give us an estimate. He was friendly, professional and did not try to sell us a system we did not need or want. The prices we were quoted were fair and competitive. Once we decided on ARP, they scheduled installation in less than a week. The installers were professional, neat (they

Coustomer service was awesome. This year we wanted cooling for our downstairs. With how awesome they did last year we wanted to be repeat customers (May). Called them up and set a date to be qouted. Andy came out gave us a ruff estimate. He said he needed to talk to one of his workers to give an actual estimate and he will send him out that same week. Well a week and a half later I called them asking when this guy

These guys are great! My 27 year old furnace died right after Christmas. They came out immediately to try and help. The first time they didn't have the part needed to do the repair so they did not charge me for the visit. They came out the next day and we discovered the part was no longer made. They got the old furnace running until it could be replaced, again no charge. The technicians were very professional and polite. During the installation they showed up when they said they said they would and were very neat, and respectful of my home. The owner personally came to check on the installation
