Negative stars! These people should be considered criminals. My car was towed from a church parking lot. The lot said is was for the church only and I was at the church. The incredibly rude woman that answered my call said you have to have a permit to park there. There is no notice whatsoever that you have to have a permit. I asked her why the sign didn't state that and she said she doesn't know.
Thankfully I was able to work things out with the church to have my car released for free (instead of an insane $317 cash). I still had to find a ride to their location for myself and my 5 year old daughter

I just parked 2 minutes literally to deliver the food. They just came all of sudden and towed my car and charge $130. I m also serving community and they are too.. but there is lot difference ethically. It took me whole 2 days to earn that amount but they took in 2 minutes. I can understand if someone parked for hour or more.
But for just 2 minutes seriously . I feel so bad. They might be happy for that moment but I know GOD is there to see. God knows how to make them liable.

In my area, I see every car being towed by these thieves. You will see the permanent marker they used on every car. They want to make money as no one uses their poor service. They will move your vehicle to a non-parking zone then take photos to show you that you parked in the wrong way.

They are an unethical company. They take advantage of college kids and others. Towing cars in parking lots where there is obviously excess parking spaces after business hours. My son parked his car and ran into The Village at Overton Park on November 4th. My son plays football for Texas Tech and was picking up his friend to travel home for the weekend since it is their bi-week. His car was running and his cat was in the car. Red Raider Wrecking was hiding in the parking lot and as soon as he enter the apartment they hooked up to his car. He was in the apartment less than 5 minutes and as he exited

My car was towed by this company and upon dropping it off there was a LARGE dent in the driver side door that was not there prior. I called to ask questions and got the run around. They finally spoke with the driver who claims “he never got inside my car how could he have done it” like what kind of excuse is that? I asked if they were required to take pictures prior to leaving with my vehicle. They told me yes and then refused to provide me with said photos. HORRIBLE COMPANY! And not to mention the gentlemen I spoke with was beyond rude.

A group of people are planning on filling a lawsuit, It can seen that this company is illegally towing at stores located near apartments and the university. They are making false claims about the victims leaving to another location, when in fact the victims are just buying items from stores. The paperwork might be filled soon. I hope they go out of business. There are far better towing companies in lubbock!
