We have two locations in which to serve you. One is located in Vancouver, WA and the other is in Redmond, OR. Our market area consists of SW Washington, NW Oregon, and Central Oregon. We were established in 1992 as a Sole-proprietor and soon after, in 1994 became incorporated. We have over 30 employees between the two branches, making up our field installers, sales, office, and administration departments.

This company has been the absolute bane of my existence for the last month. They are unorganized and straight up lie.
On the 14th, I close and am given the keys to my new construction home.
On the 25th, I receive a call from Olivia Performance Building Products explaining to me that my garage door was not installed fully and that they need to come out ASAP. I am advised NOT to use my garage door anymore, though I've been using it for the last 11 days.
When I ask Olivia to explain what went wrong with my door so I am fully aware of the situation, she rudely cuts me off and transfers me to another
