Absolutely incredible customer service from this place! After my niece was released a day early from the hospital where the flowers were to be delivered, the owner promised to send them to her house, although way out of the service area. When she found out that it was for a baby delivery though, she personally drove them HERSELF to the house that same day!! You never get this kind of service from places anymore but when you find a place that has it, you hang onto them. Timeless Blossoms is now going to be my go-to flower place in San Diego!!!

My wife loves this arrangement. Its our 25th marriage anniversary and we used lisianthus for our wedding day. I asked if some could be added to this bouquet, and the put a lot in it. Yay!
I also gave 5 star review for this one because I was going to pickup the arrangement myself, but the store was closing at 3:00 pm. I would not make it on time to get it, so the manager offered to deliver to my house for free. Extra great customer service and beautiful quality of product.

I picked a variety of carnations with some added greens. The man who was there, creating a beautiful Wreath for a memorial, stopped and arranged the flowers, in a vase and all in a small box for display and support

It's been a long time since I needed a local florist (since I usually ordered flowers for remote delivery). Suddenly I needed someone close by and saw the great Yelp ratings for Timeless Blossoms. Joe did a great job on the first arrangement I ordered -- so great that the recipient wanted to know where I got it. Shortly thereafter I wanted to send flowers to another friend who was coming home from the hospital surgery. This time I just gave Joe my price range and told him to create whatever he thought would look best. What I picked up today was magnificent, and again the recipient was stunned

My arrangement arrived and it was an attractive unique design but I was surprised at the flowers in full bloom and the roses had a tinge of brown on the edges. Usually an arrangement the individual flowers will open up in a day or two. Well, by day 2 several flowers were wilted and had to be removed. I called and asked for a manager and he said "speaking" so I started to explain my concerns but he just asked for the order number and said it would be replaced. Later that day the 'new' arrangement arrived. This was a smaller, totally different arrangement so I have no idea what

Ordered flowers LAST minute...to my sister who works at a hospital...talk about a difficult task and Jim came through with flying colors!! Even after getting the run around from the hospital staff. I am a resident of Colorado and was in need of some last minute same day delivery stargazer lilies. There was a certain sensitivity to the nature surrounding why I needed the flowers immediately. I called and spoke to Jeanne, the shop owner, and she was so kind and helpful and placed me on hold to speak with her husband John to make sure they could accommodate me. Within an hour of getting off the phone with Jeanne the lilies had been delivered. Jeanne had told me it was the busiest day for flower deliveries so the fact that her and John made my order a priority the way they did blew me away and

I must admit, I was skeptical about placing my order with this florist mostly due to my lack of confidence that they would be able to replicate the photo I sent. WOW was I wrong! Not only did they deliver but it was absolutely stunning. My recipient had a very long day of moving from Los Angeles to San Diego with lots of frustrations along the way. I wanted to use a local florist in San Diego close to my sister's house so I could have flowers delivered for my niece's birthday. Timeless Blossoms did a fantastic job. Their website was easy to use and they sent me a picture as soon as the arrangement was finished. It was perfect!!! I highly recommend and will be using them again.
