Our approach is eclectic and includes education, information about posture and body mechanics, manual orthopedic therapy, exercise for stabilization, flexibility as well as strengthening, and modalities including traction, electrical stimulation, and ultrasound may be used to address your particular needs.

I would like to say thank you GOPT! I was not much of a believer in therapy before I had my shoulder surgery. I didn't think physical therapy would help anything much, but I WAS WRONG! They are an amazing group of people here, and they got my arm and shoulder moving again! And a special thank you to Steven and Andrew, they are great, friendly and very knowledgeable.

GO PT is absolutely the most professional Physical Therapy facility I have ever experienced. A thorough evaluation starts the process followed by a carefully thought out plan for rehab including facility visits and follow up exercises at home. The staff members are extremely knowledgeable, answer any and all questions thoroughly, and have a way of instilling confidence as I progress through the program. I have total trust in GO PT to give me just what I need to get back to an active life.

I recently completed physical therapy at GO PT , and was very pleased with the treatment and facilities. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I want to especially Thank Holly Warne, for helping get me back to work quicker than expected. If I ever need Physical Therapy again , this would be my pic.

It is absolutely the worst place i have ever been! the therapist did NOT even know what she was doing and was telling me information that contradicts what we have been told by the surgeon. what the therapist told me what we would be doing and it is the exercises that i was sent home with from surgery. i would not recommend this place to anyone! and the staff is not friendly especially the receptionists, they are very rude and not any help with insurance!
