Chris is a mental health, fitness, and wellness professional with several years of experience helping people make lasting lifestyle changes that facilitate growth and healing. He is the current President of the Wyoming Counseling Association. Chris specializes in health and athletic counseling to assist in improving performance and quality of life.

Chris provided fitness services at the Duke Diet and Fitness Center for 7 years and provided health psychology services for Duke Integrative Medicine for 3 years. In addition to coaching for seven years, Chris has been a sport counselor for dozens of collegiate athletes including several NJCAA All-Americans and elite high school athletes from across the state.

MA in Human Service Counseling: Addiction and Recovery from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA (2016). Julie taught special education for 15 years, Adult education for 4 years, and 6th grade for 5 years. The first 10 years were in CA and the last in Rock Springs at the high school and then Eastside Elementary.
April has been working with youth in the foster care and juvenile justice system for 20 years and is currently the Independent Living Coordinator for Sweetwater County for youth 14 to 21 yrs. Lexy's main focus is concentrating on the client's overall wellbeing, while working on the preservation and restoration of the client's mental health.

I was hopeful, I called and spoke with Chris. He said he would speak to his team Wednesday and then get back to us. I didn’t see his number come back up and a week had passed. I went to the website and emailed from the site. Still no reply. If no ones willing to take us for family counseling then please just say we can’t. Or I don’t have openings. Instead we are clinging to hope that was never there.
We will look elsewhere
But I’m very hurt and worried people only ask for help until they give up realizing it will never come. And I alone can not figure situation out without setting of
