TLDR: RUN AWAYYYYYYY!!!...
I called D&M Roofing and was told to call Alex who would schedule me and come take a look at my roof.
So I called Alex and i asked him: "Do you work for D&M Roofing?"
and he replied: "YES".
So, i asked if Monday at 9am worked for him and he said: "YES"
Me: "Great! see you then!"
So Monday rolls around...
9am - no show. - okay maybe he's a little late, no worries its my day off which is why i scheduled it this day.
10am - no show. - maybe he hit snooze a few times and caught some traffic on the way up. no worries

I have had David at our old home in Chandler, David crew found the leak three others Roofing companies could not find now my home in Tempe I had to have D & M Roofing again. I could not ask for a nicer guy to work with. My home in Tempe had a roof put on a few years ago (previous owner had the new roof done) David was a little puzzled on why I would have a leak where I did. David wasn't happy till he found the spot no bigger than a quarter. David went into the attic found the problem took pictures assured me it wasn't a major problem then fixed the problem. David is awesome. He is honest and easy to work with. His price for a new roof was extremely fair and his crew was professional and put my roof on in four days. David arrived 20 minutes after I called to request a quote due to my roof leaking. He began and finished the job the next day, even with the rainstorm in the late morning. I would recommend this company to anyone. Roof has not leaked a drop since they completed the job, even though there have been several heavy rain and wind storms. Thanks so much! You guys rock! Way to go ... Super customer service, which is hard to find.
