Cactus Overhead Garage Door was dispatched through our home warranty provider "First American ". Their technician,Brendan, came out the next day as scheduled. Brendan was knowledge and through in replacing our broken spring. He was personable and answered my questions. I would recommend Brendan and Cactus Overhead Garage.

This outfit is absolutely unprofessional. I was assigned them by my home warranty company. Per the contract, I'm supposed to hear from the assigned vendor within 24 hours. After hearing nothing for 48 hours I called my home warranty to get their contact information. I then left a message for a call-back to schedule a time for the repair. When I heard nothing for almost another 2 business days I asked for re-assignment to another vendor. Miraculously, when reaching out to my warranty, the representative said they could not reschedule because the contractor already accepted the assignment. This

This review is about the unacceptably terrible customer service I personally received at Cactus Overhead Garage Doors in Tucson.
(1) First, they didn't record my payment at time of service and reported the $75 service fee as unpaid to my home warranty company. Okay, that can happen, even with QuickBooks. However, I and my home warranty company provided them a copy of the front and back of the $75 cancelled check dated the day of service. They had cashed it but they didn't record the payment and denied

They scheduled me for the next day, through First American Home Warranty (which is not worth the money) then canceled my next day appointment, and rescheduled me for the day after that without warning or explanation. I have called at least 10 times, and they never answer the phone, and they do not return messages. I waited two days to get out of my garage, and when he arrived today, he states he does not have the part - they haven't unpacked it. Mickey and the team came highly recommended. After the initial inspection/quote with Anthony, Mickey had a brand new door installed within two business days - team was efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Mickey and Shane even got paint matched to the door being removed so it matches perfectly with the exterior of the house instead of a standard almond paint that most companies would offer for the same price. Nice touch. My only challenge was having to add another coat to the garage - unfortunately coverage was uneven with missing overlaps and evident spray marks from the gun. Overall

I was very impressed with Cactus Garage doors. I called because my spring broke and I could not open my garage door. The office manager gave me the technicians cell phone and he quickly came to help. As our garage door was closing a broom handle next to the door dropped into the track and broke one of the hinges. Of course, it was Friday evening and the door could not be moved. We called and Mickey was at our house within 45 minutes. We have used this company before and their service is of the highest quality and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend them completely!

Of course my garage door was not working so I called my Home Warranty company and they sent this company. The came out and evaluated and recommended a new circuit board and said that the rollers had to be replaced otherwise the warranty company would not cover the repair. They said that the rollers had been damaged from lack of annual maintenance. But they did not know it was done just 6 months prior. I asked for a second opinion which I arranged with a reputable company which came out and said the rollers are fine and that replacement the whole unit is better than a circuit board because there

Mickey is everything you would want from a small business owner. He takes pride in his company and the work they do. It speaks volumes to me to have him call and make sure the work was done appropriately.

HORRIBLE customer service!
The "manager" has a piss poor attitude. There seems to be no organization within the company because they called my husband and I on two separate occasions trying to set up two different appointment times, even though the address is the same on the account.
Then after making the appointment. Nobody came to my house to service my garage. When I called to check on the time frame, they told me that I wasn't scheduled for an appointment and they couldn't do anything for me.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

Actual work so far is probably 5 star but the two people I dealt with from this company are RUDE. Yesterday when I talked to the woman who scheduled my appointment she was very short and impatient with me. I explained that the garage door was coming off the hinges and I could not even manually close it so that it would stay shut especially overnight. Oh, you know, there are only coyotes and javelinas in Tucson.... She didn't say anything remotely like it mattered to her. Today the man who came to fix it said it's coming off the hinges and when I asked him how that could have happened

My rollers and spring were making some crazy noises. called Cactus Overhead Garage Doors and told them what was going on they diagnosed the problem pretty much over the phone I asked when they could be out to look and fix it. They told me they had a tech in the area and when he finished he could swing by while heading to his next appointment. Super customer services great techs super nice. Fixed my garage and was on his way like a modern day super hero. Thank you Cactus. Great job.

If I could give no stars I would. I had a appointment between 10-12 so after 12 I called and asked if they were still coming they said the truck broke down but they would call me later to let me know what time they would be there. After. 4 pm I called again and whoever answered the phone said the office was closed but call the tech and he could tell me what's going on and gave me his number. If the office was closed who answered the phone? I called the tech he said he wasn't coming today but could come another day. I said well I took today off and waited all day and no body ever called
