2 years ago I started using AirSouth's maintenance program and my wife and I couldn't be happier. It doesn't matter which tech comes to the house they are always professional and polite when explaining things to me. I feel good about my systems when they leave. They send out friendly repair people and also when u call the office they try their best to accommodate your needs and the time In which you need them. And they have good customer service manners if a tech can't come out they try to give you a call and reschedule. .. They value their time as well as yours. ..that's important to me!!!

Seriously--they are. In every respect.
For many years, our household has relied on one of, if not the biggest name in Jackson, to service our heating/air conditioning needs. That relationship was laid to rest with one call placed to AirSouth back in early May. Since we were unhappy with the company we'd used for years, my husband spoke with several HVAC wholesalers in the area, and they all said the same thing, "That if it was their house, they would call AirSouth out of Mendenhall." So, we did, heeding their high recommendations
