Never again. We hired them through Costco because we wanted Shaw carpet. The sales rep who came to our home was professional. Then we called Sunday to get more information the week of the job and someone would pick up and hang up the phone, over and over again. We were not pleased. We called the sales rep who helped us. The job started going well until one worker used our guest restroom without telling us, a bathroom that isn’t in use because the toilet isn’t secure. We got them to use the correct toilet. Then another worker stopped working, called his Primo and started cursing on the phone

David Rogers is the owner of Floor Decor and it's been a pleasure working with him for the past 7 years on over 4 projects already. The most recent project was an office purchase that I had tiles laid down. David actually chose the tile color and style which worked out great. The flooring looks very modern and clean. My wife and I want to thank Steve and Donna for the help in getting a great crew to come in and install our new LVP flooring through Costco. The guys did an excellent job! They were professional and hard workers. It took only three days to do the entire house . There was an issue with our MB toilet after new LVP flooring was installed. When toilet was removed, it was set to original tile height and new flooring was short by 1/2” We noticed leakage and toilet was wobbly. We contacted Donna the owner of Floor Decor and she ordered porcelain planks that closely matched LVP as the rest of the house

From the first to the last interactions with Floor Decor, they were wonderful. Simona helped pick the perfect match to our existing flooring. I wasn't sure, but when I took it hime, perfect match. Trust her...she's got an eye for this. Our installers were Carlos and Jose. They arrived on time, were polite, and professional. Carlos asked questions to make sure he was doing exactly what we wanted, and when I wasn't sure, he explained what he was thinking and why. If I could give them 100 stars I certainly would. Dave came out to my home to measure. He was friendly, he was professional and arrived on time. And even though he did not have what I wanted in stock he found it for me. Brent the installer is a true artist. He went above and beyond on several occasions. Tearing out the old wood floors was backbreaking work and he made it look easy. He is a joy to work with (ha ha) he is a perfectionist and he is meticulous. I could not be more thrilled with my beautiful floors. I cannot recommend this company or it's people highly enough. They are my flooring

I contacted Costco flooring and Steve came to my house and immediately started telling me how Costco flooring was too expensive . He put down his business card from Floor Decor and told me to go in and look but to steer away from the Costco product because they were too expensive and exclusive to Costco. I felt very uncomfortable because I contacted Costco flooring but this man did not seem to be representing Costco. Wished there were 10 stars as that is the rating they deserve. The estimate was very fair, their rep (Simona) was amazing in knowledge, and the installers were craftsmen to the max. They started on a Monday (two on the crew) and completed almost a whole house by end-of-day Wednesday when Friday was the initial deadline. The installers worked in complete harmony making the job go so much faster. The finished product exceeds our expectations in all ways and love the look and feel of the floors, thanks to Floor Decor. The company was referred to me through my insurance and offered an excellent price on an additional bathroom to be floored. When the installers came they did not have all the necessary tools. I had to provide them with a plastic bag for the toilet removal, a mat so they did not dirty the carpet, a towel that was asked for and I provided for them and in addition used one of my personal towels without asking me and attempted to return it to me out of the toilet. Found the floor I wanted at a good price. Paid just under $1500 for 37 boxed. My contractor installed the floor a week later and found that one of the boxes was damaged. (Looks like it was hit with a forklift). I came back to see if I could get the 5 damaged pieces replaced, but they refused to replace because I had to return broken pieces within "48 hours". I guess I had to inspect a ton of material piece by piece with two days of purchase. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FRONT DESK. THEY DON'T STAND BY THEIR MATERIAL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE ARE TONS OF OTHER PLACED IN THIS AREA
