As a tenant here, it's not too bad of a place to live (a little bit of a distance for people who may have a hard time getting around) the apartments are decent, the bedrooms run a tad small (3 bedroom) but you can work with it!
The positives is there decent townhouse styles and if you walk down the road you can see the ocean.
Unfortunately for the downfall things that break or don't work aren't fixed properly or at all (Maintenance crew are very nice at least to us and are still quite prompt)
I didn't have heat upstairs all winter long for instance and people came in three times to look at it
