G.E. Builders Inc. was founded by Brian Frustaglio and Ryan Maino in 2001. With Brian having many years of training as a CAD designer and Ryan with his hands-on approach to all aspects of building, and design, we decided to form a company together in aims of building spec homes for potential buyers.
Our first home was a custom design that we drew up in 2001 and we began construction in the summer of 2001. Within two months we completed our first 3 bedroom, 2 bath, and 2 car garage home. Homeowners, and the housing market, were intrigued to see what else we could do. Within the first 6 months of being a new company, G.E. began getting numerous requests to build additional custom homes throughout Negaunee and Ishpeming.
