I took my 2017 Nissan Frontier in to get some warranty work done week and I had a pleasant experience with them. The service members were very helpful and knowledgeable. The service manager ( I wish I could remember his name) was also very helpful and straight to the point. They actually helped me out big time. This place is solid and I will be returning for work on my truck.

I took my car in for an alignment. I do not believe this nissan checked to make sure the alignment would solve my problem. I believe they simply did it wether it was safe or not. Now I’m replacing my control arm and having to get another alignment on top of that.
If you need any visual inspections along with service maybe you should take your vehicle elsewhere.

Tynan's Nissan Aurora's SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS A CLOWN SHOW! I made an appointment on Sept. 20th to assess a code on a 2013 Murano that indicated a failing brake module. First available appointment was on Sept. 29. I was given multiple times in the morning for drop off (as if that mattered) from 8 am - 10:30 am. I chose 8:30 am. A time after I drop off my three children to school. I dropped off the vehicle at the appointed date and time. Came in tonight and had a great and unforgettable experience buying a new car with Tyler! Although inventory was not as big as we wanted , they had much better options than other places. Tyler had displayed high level of professionalism, product knowledge , flexibility while not compromising Nissan well reputable integrity. I followed up with Tynan's...I made an appt to have them look over what was done, mind you... the Service Advisor was again run & argumentative. I had to finally say, "Can I just make an appt, I'm not comfortable & would like the work that was done to be reviewed." His response was to huff & say "Sure... how about Wed? Will that work for you? What time can you bring it in?" (rude...) I also forwarded

My husband and I had a terrible experience at the Tynan's used lot and tried to rectify the situation and were just bounced around from person to person. Finally, I had had enough and decided to try the actual Nissan dealership. Long story short, my husband and I traded in the vehicle we had just purchased from something newer and a little bigger. No one informed us that instead of just eating the extra cost which is what Tynan's was supposed to do, that it would be added onto our new car loan. I do take fault in not double checking as I am usually pretty thorough about things like this

I will tell you everything is awesome about the car buying experience, the sales team, finance no issue. Everyone from the BDM to signing the papers awesome experience.
The problem is their service department and intake of vehicles. I personally feel that the sales team is not given the best tools to sell the cars and the most honest information about the vehicle. When you bring another vehicle onto the lot to sell your service team needs to provide an adequate inspection not just look at it.
I purchased a used vehicle and like every car that I purchased I go and have my expert oil change

Came in because my daughter wanted to test drive the Juke. She had talked earlier to Tran and had said she would be there around 5:30 to 6 pm. He wasn't there when we arrived and after waiting about 15 minutes for his arrival, we just said if anyone else could help us since the weather was getting worse.
One of the sales reps said it would be better to wait for him. Finally he came in and we test drove one of the Jukes. Tran was nice and professional. The test drive went okay but my daughter didn't like the way it hesitated during acceleration.
