2021 Summer Camp is only open for WCP currently enrolled families (2020-21) and alumni families. If you are a current family and have not received registration information via email, please email membership@westsidecooperative.com. Westside Cooperative Preschool is located at 202 Delphi Road SW, on the grounds of McLane Elementary School in Olympia, Washington.

Services
The mission of the Olympia Westside Cooperative Preschool is to provide a safe, stimulating and enriching environment where children, with the cooperative support of parents and teachers, learn through play, arts and our community. We strive to give a positive foundation for our students. Children are encouraged to explore, learn about themselves, develop self-confidence and practice cooperative social skills.

We had a pretty negative experience with WCP. We were very interested in enrolling our daughter so we ponied up the $95 registration fee, did their extensive paperwork, and even completed a half-day work shift (when I could have been working a paid shift at my job), climbing onto the roof to clean it up and cutting back blackberry brambles from the fence.
We attended an "Ice Cream Social" before the start date to meet the teachers and get a feel for the place. While the instructor that spoke with us was very nice, the one who would actually be teaching our daughter was fairly aloof and didn't

Incredible experience at WCP...It's not easy to leave your kiddo at preschool the first time, but I will never forget on his first day my son was so comfortable with his teacher and the space he told me, "You can leave now, Mommy" (about two minutes after we got there). That alone helped me to know I'd made the right choice in preschools.
My son just finished his third year at WCP and my daughter is starting her first year there. The teachers are amazing--the way they customize what they are doing to meet each child's needs continues to astound me. I have also learned so much as a parent about

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Westside Cooperative Preschool! The teachers are the main reason why we are at this preschool. Having been a preschool teacher years ago, I feel like I have a unique perspective now being on the other side, as a parent. It's an incredible environment and I can't wait to see how my son continues to grow.
The registration open house they hosted a few months back was a great way for us to get our questions answered and see how our family would fit in.
There's a special feeling at this preschool and we're thrilled to be a part of the family
