Report
From the time we received an approved referral, MBHCA didn't have any available appointments for 3-4 months. Could only see a patient on Wednesdays. Requested a doctor's note for an absence and the lady acted inconvenienced, took more than 2 weeks to get note. It's been ~2 months since we saw the doc and have received NO feedback or response. Would recommend going elsewhere for behavioral health care, these folks are slow and not responsive. Facilities are in an old house and employee yap dog runs around. Not what you would expect in a professional medical environment.
