The practice of mediation and conflict resolution encourages parties to communicate with each other so that a result can be achieved with the assistance of professional legal guidance. The mediation process is tailored to the needs of the parties and their children, if applicable, and provides a significant degree of control over the outcome, which might otherwise not be attainable.
Personal injury law serves to represent parties that have been injured either emotionally or physically. The most common types of personal injury claims are road traffic accidents, accidents at work, tripping accidents, assault claims, accidents in the home, product defect accidents and holiday accidents.
Medical malpractice claims are often complex cases involving serious injury with long-term effects on both the injured party and the doctor or hospital involved. With the reputations of medical professionals and hospitals at issue, medical malpractice claims are most often aggressively defended. There are many factors that help determine when medical malpractice occurs.

Attorney Karen was amazing. A true professional. I had reached out to her when I was at my whits end on a family case. Essentially, I had hired the wrong attorney at first and needed Karens help and I needed it fast. She jumped right in, was extremely professional and delivered on everything she promised. I wish I had hired her from the start and months before. If you are reading this review because you need a great attorney, do not make the mistake that I did in hiring someone else.

Literally called to inquire about a phone consultation due to us residing out of state and received the rudest service ever from both the elederly male receptionist and the female “Attorney Gersten” as she called herself when I asked who I was speaking with after being transferred to her without being advised who I was being transferred to. First impressions are lasting impressions and if you’re answering the phones this way certainly you would make a mess of the case and any communication that would be necessary throughout.
