I ordered flowers for a Birthday. from the Manakin Sabot Store.
I was billed, however the flowers were Never delivered.
Facts: Order placed August 19, 2021 for delivery on August 23, 2021 around 3:00 pm to a business. No delivery, No calls with explanation.
I feel that an order placed well in advance should have been delivered, certainly if Coleman Brothers charged my card.
I will be demanding a refund and will not use their service again.

I have been dealing with Coleman Brothers since 2004. From custom to premade arrangements they are amazing. I placed my order last night online and it was delivered to the funeral home today by 11am. I stopped ordering from this store several years ago because the arrangements looked like they grabbed a bunch of flowers and threw them in a vase.
These were sent to me by co-workers for the death of a relative. Coincidentally, one of the workers was in the office when they arrived and stated how disappointed she was with the arrangement. A rose was broken and from the brownish color of the stem, it had been broken for awhile. Leaves were bent and had some type of white "unknown matter" on them.
Four or more years ago, this business used to make the most beautiful arrangements. I

Great place to shop. They have everything. When you walk in this place, it is the kind of establishment that makes you 'smile'.
Always double checked what you asked then to put on your card. They never seem to get it right (over the phone or bringing in a typed note). Even when they read it back over the phone, they read it correctly but when I see my email receipt, the words are always messed up. Take time to proofread thoroughly.

Ordered flowers from Coleman's for my wedding at St. Matthew's UMC just up the street from this location. Everything was set up and delivered on time and when I arrived at the church it was "WOW".
The ladies were very patient with helping me make selections. The difficult thing about ordering flowers is that it's difficult to really understand and know what you're getting for a certain price since there aren't usually samples to see. Unless you're an expert in knowing which flowers are expensive flowers vs inexpensive flowers, it's hard to know whether

Coleman Brothers Florist ruined my special occasion! I had ordered flowers for my girlfriend's birthday to deliver to her job. They did not deliver the flowers directly to her, and she did not receive them on her birthday. Upon contact with the company the next day, they told me that they would not refund ANYTHING due to the fact that they "tried their best to get it to her." I was transferred to the owner, Tim Wilkinson, and he was the rudest person I had talked to all day. I asked for a refund because she had not received her flowers and he told me that he would not refund me anything
