We loved working with Cyndi for our wedding flowers! As someone who is allergic to flowers, I never thought I could have real flowers at my wedding and Cyndi made my dream come true! The flowers for the wedding came out ok and were on time for delivery. The corsages and boutonnieres were really simple which is what we agreed to. The bridesmaids’ bouquets were not what I would have expected for the money I paid for them. I wish I had seen a sample before we proceeded with them. The bridal bouquet was absolutely beautiful. The ceremony flowers were definitely not worth the price and were pretty much unnoticeable in the church. I could have went without them and they did look a little like funeral arrangements.

Cindy was so great to work with! We booked with petals during the pandemic and through the whole thing they were great to work with. I have a hard time visualizing things in my mind, so I was worried about the florals. But, Cindy was so great she helped me by sending photos of the flowers so I could piece it together. Cyndi was so knowledgeable about different flower types and was able to translate my thoughts and ideas into perfect flower arrangements. She knew our venue well and was able to tell us what would look good and what may not be a necessary addition (which saved us money!). I called Petals for a first-time order of a dozen and a half red roses for my girlfriend. I had it delivered to her job and she couldn’t have been happier with her surprise arrangement. It was delivered early enough in the day that she was able to enjoy it between classes. Petals created the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding on 11.22.19. From our initial visit with Cyndi and her staff they were all so sweet and helpful..right up to the day of the wedding. Cyndi and her team were an absolute dream to work with for my wedding. From the very first time we spoke, she was incredibly kind and helpful in brainstorming ways to bring my vision to life. Very disappointed!!! We paid a deposit in the Spring of 2018 for flowers for a Fall wedding and then in May we decided to change our plans and have a small elopement in place of the wedding (based on a change in our financial situation). All other vendors we had reserved prior were willing to work with us in some way, but Cyndi at Petals wasn't willing to be flexible at all. She would not return the $450 deposit (I understand 20% non-refundable clause in the contract), but wasn't willing to let us put the funds towards a smaller event on a different date that would work for both parties

Cyndi and her crew did an amazing job on the flowers for our wedding. She takes her time to really explore what your vision is to recreate your vision perfectly, in fact the flowers she chose for my bouquet went beyond my expectations. A few weeks before the wedding she does a mock up of the centerpiece to make sure everything meets your expectations. We tweaked a few things and some of the blooms weren't available yet, so she did a second one. I found Petals Inc. through Wedding Wire as I was looking for someone in the north shore area for my wedding at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester. Although the flower arrangements were nice, the customer service with the owner Cyndi was extremely frustrating at times. She can best be described as arrogant and impatient. What is already a stressful experience in planning a wedding, this part should not have been as obnoxious as her "I have been in the business for 25 years I know what I'm doing" attitude.

My wedding venue ( Danversport Yacht Club) highly recommended Petals to be my florist. I cannot express how thankful I am for them doing so! Cindy from Petals is outstanding! She took the time to schedule a phone call to go over everything I wanted and what my colors were. She was incredibly thoughtful and helped me with my floral arrangements with great suggestions and ideas which kept me calm considering I was planning our wedding from across the country. After hearing many raving reviews about Petals Inc., I decided that I wanted to call them about doing flowers for my wedding in May of this year. I was shocked with the reaction I received on the phone when I called to set up an appointment. I was told that there was no way that I would be able to have them do my wedding in May and that I had waited too long to book my florist. I brought my wedding bouquet here to get preserved once it was ready they called and left me a message told let me know that it was ready. I had just had a baby (yes not even a year after getting married) so I couldn't really go far. Cyndi and her team at Petals are simply amazing. I was really specific with what I was looking for and the types of flowers I wanted and she NAILED IT. My bouquet was about the prettiest I had ever seen. Everything from the bouquets, to the centerpieces to the cake were out of this world. I planned my wedding from 3000 miles away, and Cyndi was always super accommodating with working with the time difference and setting up times to chat. When I came in to Petals looking to figuring out flowers or our wedding I really had no clue what I wanted. Cindy was so helpful. We talked about colors and she ran with those. She showed me different options and had me pick flower by flower so I wasn't overwhelmed.

We used Petals for our Wedding in August 2011. The prices for our centerpieces were very reasonable being, that they were orchids. They came out lovely, both the vases and the submerged flowers. The people at Petals were very flexible and kind to work with before the wedding ( seeing as how I called and changed my bouquet a week before the wedding.)
However, there was a huge mix-up at the church. My sister in law got flowers that were the same as the groomsmen? So of course she didn't wear them. She was supposed to get something different.

My main flowers were roses and calla lilies in rich reds, oranges, and a touch of yellow to capture the feel of autumn. The bouquets, centerpieces, and altarpieces were beautiful and tasteful. They also embellished the various tables (guest, wedding cake, dessert station, etc.) with fresh red rose petals. It was a simple but elegant touch.
