I was referred to Mr. Elliott via my family lawyer and found him to be experienced and delivered a solid outcome for my case. Ken was accessible and set proper expectations which cut down on a lot of back and forth. I would hire Ken again (although hopefully I won't have to) or would refer him to friends and family.

I would have done better with a public defender. Drugs found in a car not registered to me a mile away from my house. The owner was doing bank robberies with that truck but during trial, he didn't even mention it to the jury. Paid him for fingerprint expert, but I didn't see a fingerprint expert. Plus I had 2 cases that I had to pay him separate for and he consolidated them. So the jury heard evidence from both cases. He is OK if you only want a deal but not for trial. 14 years at 80% for sales case
