Easy to order on line and I did a follow up call to verify the delivery time, which they delivered even earlier than promised!
The flower arrangement is beautiful and today is our 20th Anniversary, so we will sample the bottle of bubbly later today!!

Very disappointed! I wanted to make a surprise for my daughter’s birthday, delivery date was confirmed but she did not get the gift on time… but 2 days later ! I sent an email, no answer…I had to ask my daughter to call directly to check what happened (I live outside the US) and try to get her present finally (already paid!!!); the lady on the phone was quite unpleasant. In the end she received everything and I must say that flowers as well as the gift basket were nice. It is a pity…because I think one single call or email could solve the issue in few minutes and kindness in services is

Amazing service with the most beautiful, thoughtful, custom flowers. I ordered from out of state and was pleasantly surprised at how prompt their delivery was to a local hospital. Our friend’s mother passed away unexpectedly. We did not receive notice till Tues evening that the funeral was set for Friday morning at 10am after Thanksgiving day. We ordered flowers on Wednesday online and the guarantee delivery was Friday 12 noon. I put in special remarks about needing flowers delivered by 10am and Adrian Durbin made it happen! Thank you so much, we appreciate all that helped get the flowers to the funeral home before visitation started.

11 years ago today I married my bestie. Today I went to Adrian Durban Florist . I thought they opened at 1pm. per google. When I pulled up at 12:47pm I realized they closed at 1pm. I rushed in and asked for… the impossible. Can you replicate her bouquet? I need 4 the same color and 1 white for my bride. This lady looked at me with 6 minutes to closing and said. FOLLOW ME. She killed it and 5 other employees asked me if i was being taken care of. Our night was perfect. Thank you for helping make that happen.

Ordered a bouquet of Stargazer lillies for $114.90 with next day shipping. There are MUCH cheaper flower vendors with stargazers, but Adrian Durban was the only one offering next day shipping for this specific type of lily. Order comes in and it's a completely different type of lily, a much cheaper one.

I'm very diappointed about the flowers they chose because they don't match the picture except for the few yellow roses! They didn't include that eucalyptus and instead put in a cheap leaf. It's supposed to have a dozen roses in it and it had few which were overwhelmed by the big sunflowers instead of small mums. The arrangement looked very disheveled.

I can see why Adrian Durban has been in business for so long. The flowers they just delivered were gorgeous. Exactly as pictured or even nicer. I had a last minute request and Linda was so friendly on the phone and they accommodated me. This was not my first time using them and it won't be my last. 🙂🙂🙂

Working with Adrian Durban was such a pleasure! Everything from the bouquets to the boutonnières and the centerpieces were absolutely perfect.
The most impressive work was the beautiful garland they put… together for our arch. The Adrian Durban staff came to our venue early and worked nonstop for 3 hours; carefully attaching the garland to the arch and placing each rose perfectly. They were thoroughly prepared and even brought cement blocks to place behind the arch to ensure it wasn’t too “front heavy”.
The communication was stellar, the staff was kind and so sweet

I had prom this weekend and ordered my 3 boutonnières and one corsage on the phone. We had previously gone inside the store to see examples of what they would look like (2 blue boutonnières and 2 matching cream corsage and one boutonnière). The images and what they had on hand looked AMAZING. What we ended up getting, the same day as prom, was completely different than what we saw. My corsage was a slap bracelet which they said was going to be a nice silver sparkle wrist band and my flower pedals the whole night were falling off. This is my favorite flower shop in the Greater Cincinnati area by far. I've come here multiple times and loved the flowers I've gotten every time. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. If you know what you're doing, you can just pick your flowers and get them arranged, but if you have no clue, they are so patient when they help you pick flowers out! It does get a little pricey, so make sure you use the check-in deal. There are sometimes Groupon deals as well!

I came in here to pick out some flowers for my boyfriend's mother. I had never gone to a florist before, so I didn't know what to do. Luckily, someone noticed my confusion and guided me through the process. She made a couple suggestions as to which flowers would look nice together, arranged it for me, and I was out of there within an hour. It was affordable, convenient, and quick.
