Apex did an outstanding job start to finish. David Downs worked with me for many months to get the insurance copany to pay for everything the job needed and to get current material prices. The crew came out and did a great job. They swep the driveway, leaf blew the yard and picked up all the old nails. When they left you couldn't tell they where ever here except for my nice new roof. The big deal ? They did all that for a senior citizen with a small 2 car garage, that most companies wouldn't even come to look at. That's costomer service with an A+ Thanks David and everyone at Apex..

I was hit by a tornado in June. I asked my son,who he used when he needed house repairs. He said “call Apex Exteriors” so I did. David Downs was the first person I met. He came out right away and saw the damage that has been done to my house. He was out even before the insurance adjuster. When we got the quote back from insurance, he said it wasn’t right and things shouldn’t be just patched but put back to they way they were before the tornado. He put in a call to David Coppes who met another adjuster at my house. Together they walked all over the roof and all around the house to look at

We used this company on multiple occasions and they exceeded expectations each time in all regards. Mr. Zuck (estimator) always provided quick and fair estimates. He is polite, kind, knowledgeable and professional and will go out of his way to help. The crews that completed the projects were also punctual and professional and delivered outstanding service without exception. They were also acomodating when we needed fast repairs. Overall, they are the best in the field.

I thought I had an issue with a new roof Apex recently installed. It was a previous problem that I thought had not gotten fixed with the new roof. To make a long story short they sent Tino to take a look and he confirmed there were no issues with the new roof. Instead of just leaving, he looked at the problem and found a hole in the stucco that was causing the problem (which they didn't do). This was a problem that had gone unsolved for almost 10 years. Incredible how he went above and beyond what was required to help me solve the problem! Tino was incredible and the customer service Apex provided

David Downs did an amazing job at working with my insurance company for the replacement of my roof. I can honestly say there is no one better than David st working the insurance process. Chad managed our installation and he was amazing. Incredible communicator. I could not be happier with Apex and would highly recommend them for any roofing job. We used Apex Exteriors to repair siding and a window leak. From beginning to end everything went smoothly. From the women in the office, to John who came out and gave us our quote to Jairo who did an excellent job supervising his team of installers. Jairo also took the time explaining showing us how the project was going and where they were in relation to finishing the job.
I would highly recommend them and would use them again without reservation.

From start to finish Apex was very professional. David Downs who gave us our estimate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Chad the Foreman of our roofing crew was very kind and took the time to explain what was going to happen for the day. The roofers were very polite and professional. They covered all our flowers and bushes with tarps before beginning. Their 6 crew was done in about 7.5hrs with our entire roof. Once finished they cleaned everything up and it was immaculate. Our new roof looks fantastic and we truly appreciate their professionalism from start to finish. Definitely recommend

David and Sam Downs have been fantastic to work with. I had a couple of huge wind and hail storms hit my house last fall and and several areas of damage. I called for an estimate and was lucky enough to be referred to Apex, called them, and David came out to my home. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I was really disappointed to hear that my roof needed to be replaced, that it was beyond repair. As a single mom on a very restricted budget this was a very big deal for me. David could not have been nicer. He came out to my house again and met with my insurance adjuster and then contacted

This company CANNOT be beat! They're professional, respectful & their workmanship is impeccable! We had new gutters added and the gentleman that came to install the gutters, commented on how well done the roof was. He pointed out details that he said most roofers skip over as they are more time consuming and tedious to do. We are so impressed, we have hired them to replace all our windows too! Wish I could give 10 stars!

Tony, from Apex came out to do an estimate on my loose fascia issue and a gutter issue I had. He told me her was going to email me an estimate. After 3 days, I called the office to find out where my estimate was. When I talked to the office, they stated that they talked with Tony and that I would get my estimate by the next day. I never received my estimate. And, yes, I checked my junk email box. They never bothered to give me an estimate or to acknowledge that I existed. So much for customer service. I am in the real estate business, I would never recommend them to anyone.
