We are an interdisciplinary team made up of Licensed Therapists, Social Workers, a Psychiatrist and a Psychiatric Nurse. Together we are able to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to mental health treatment which includes; mental health assessment, counseling, referral, skill development, play therapy, parent child interaction therapy, sand tray therapy, psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
We serve children, teens, adults, couples and families at our Polk and Marion County offices, with 57 school locations throughout Central Iowa. We offer mental health assessments and counseling for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families at our two locations: West Des Moines and Knoxville.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My daughter was supposed to be seen weekly and her therapist showed up 3 times since February. 3 times in 10 months. This place is a joke. There is little to no communication and the only reason I know the therapist wasn’t there is because my daughter told me! I was never actually contacted even once about a session being cancelled. And of course upper management does nothing about it.

I contacted this organization to help me deal with an issue I was struggling with. I waited for 3 weeks and never heard from a therapist to schedule appointment. I called and was told cases were being assigned that Thursday. I called Monday only to be told a therapist was still not assigned to me. If I could have given zero stars I would have. The receptionist show little to no empathy and clearly mental health is not their top priority.
