Extra procedures and policies are in place to ensure safety & wellness of all preschoolers. Green Acres Preschool in Athens, GA is an extension of the ministry of Green Acres Baptist Church into the community. Green Acres Baptist Church was established in 1958 and the Nursery School began in 1969. Our purpose is to provide opportunities for children to grow mentally, physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually.
Our goal is to provide a safe, secure, and loving Christian environment to educate children and support families in the important task of child rearing. Services
For our 1's class, the starting age is 15 months by Sept. 1st of current school year AND walking. All children must have a current immunization form and a copy of their birth certificate to be enrolled. This information must be in the child's file before school begins or within 30 days of enrollment if entered mid-year.
