I am incredibly pleased with Kokkinos. I had jewelry I wasn’t wearing and wanted to transform them into 4 new pendant/earring sets. John and his staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. John helped me every step of the way from what pieces were best to use, to designing the finished product. We have used Kokkinos for many years. The rates are reasonable, they are honest and trustworthy.Connie was so kind when we came in for Jewelry repair. Connie advised us to have the prongs strengthened so as not to lose the stone on the ring. I would be careful buying anything from this place. On July 25, 2019 I bought a beautiful Larimar pendant. I took real good care of this pendant and only have worn it a handful of times. Most of the time it was left hanging on my jewelry holder. So here we are February 16, 2020 - not even a full year after purchase and the stone fell out. For what I paid for it, I expected better quality. I am absolutely NOT happy. Oh and furthermore they pegged me as someone that couldn't afford their stuff when I was browsing, so they were not very friendly and not very helpful either. Most uncomfortable buying

I was on vacation and my diamond ring became stuck on my finger because I swelled up. Unfortunately my ring had to be cut in order to be removed from my finger. I was devastated. However, they did a GREAT job repairing my ring, it looks impeccable. Very good customer service and pricing. Honestly, a God send. Thank you!
