Our design approach is inspired by and responsive to each client's desires, program, and budget. While our work is architecturally diverse encompassing a variety of styles, it is consistent in its attention to detail. With our additions to buildings we extend the essence of the original architecture with subtle and compatible variations.
The first step in designing a new home or renovation/addition is to write a program, a checklist of the client's needs and wants. It should include a list of the rooms needed, their estimated sizes, and where they should be in relationship to one another. It usually includes any special features and the style of architecture desired.
