Originating in Orange County, Soaked and Co. is a small exterior cleaning company started by Shawn Planas. We aim to make a mark on our local cleaning industry. We offer 4 different services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and gutter whitening. It is our goal to contribute our services to the greater extent of Seminole, Osceola and Orange County and also as far as Polk County.
When someone calls to schedule a cleaning we show our appreciation for their business by doing our best service we can. Simple as that. Our staff is small and manageable. Our owner is present on many jobs and directly trains every employee. We enjoy the product of our hard work and we are happy when our customers are impressed by our work.
Depending on the size of your project you will see a different amount of techs arrive for your service. If you are short on time please let us know ahead and we will try to plan accordingly. Most homes and businesses do not require the use of harsh chemicals for pressure washing. However if you need stains removed such as rust or calcium deposits we may need to use stronger solutions.
Window cleaning can make a tremendous difference in the overall brightness of your home or office. We provide window cleaning for properties both large and small. We off both interior and exterior cleaning as well as track and screen cleaning. We have the ladders. When possible we use a pure water system that utilizes water fed poles to clean both high and low windows with minimal ladder usage.
Soaked and Co. does more than just windows. We specialize in the restoration and improvement of both residential and commercial hardscape. That means your driveways, concrete and brick paths, pool decks and exterior walls. We provide softwashing and pressure rinsing for soffits and fascia. Are you in need of surface cleansing?
