This company services my mother, she likes them. she always has a caregiver. They are never late or miss their shift. I would recommend them.

I am a Nurse from another agency that cares for one of spectrums patient and your quality of care SUCKS his aide never comes he is left up for two days in his chair cause there is never a replacement for him so he suffers there is no true concern for patient care.

Scheduler has very bad customer service skills. Do not know how to talk to their staff. Never have any work and will have u running around.

All I know is Amy is the bomb! She has a lot of responsibilities, but still maintains a respectful and great attitude! Amy always shows appreciation for the workers. I'm speaking of the Akron office

I can’t speak for everyone else but they are the bomb I haven’t had not one problem schedule is always on pointI recommend people who has just received their home health aide certificate and adult CPR to apply with them .....Service is great Even the people that works inside of the office are nice very respectable people

My experience has been initially okay but soon went to horrible...within about a weeks time I wasn't getting any home aid...excuses, lack of communication, no shows, hours of service cut, days of service changed, everything changed and without contacting me and making me aware, workers would falsify information, lie, get irrate and disrespectful, the worker assigned to me lied on me to justify walking off the job, wanted to argue and fight...called her office before I could and made false statements...about me...office nor worker contacted me about any changes made...worker seemed to always try
