Services
Ebb and Flow Massage Therapy Center is an LMBT-owned local independent business in the heart of West Asheville. As licensed massage therapists, we decided to take our experiences and blend them with the ideals of what a massage center could be. We were inspired to make massage therapy affordable for our community, while also paying our staff high rates to encourage the best massages possible every time as well as a positive work atmosphere.
Please be on time. This seems obvious, we know but, we do our best to be ready for you when you arrive and to provide you with your full hands on service time. If you are late it will affect our ability to do the same for the next person. Be aware that if your too late (more than 10 minutes) we may need to cut your service time short or reschedule your appointment entirely.
We are offering Half Off Chair Massages every Friday! That's only $.50 a minute! 30 minute sessions are available to BOOK ONLINE in advance. You may also call us at (828)552-3003 if booking within 2 hours of your desired appointment time. NO walk-ins at this time, sorry. Relax in our complimentary tea room afterwards and enjoy a hot cup of tea.
We are underwriters for the non-profit 103.3 Asheville FM. We are proud to be part of such a force for the community. They are our neighbors down the street here in West Asheville, and they offer a platform for real local issues that affect everyone, as well as play a wide range of rarely heard tunes.
There are unlisted services available that are dependent the particular skill set of the individual therapists such as Thai Massage, Reiki, Cupping, and more. Give us a call if you would like to know what unlisted services are available today. It is also a good option for those who want a full body massage with deep pressure throughout the whole session.

I can't say enough good things about Ebb and Flow. Not only has Adam been a huge part of my healthcare and self care for the last few years, but Lauren and the rest of the team have taken great care of so many people I love. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable and really good at their jobs, as well as being kind, understanding, compassionate, and really open to listening to what your goals are as a client.
