My mother’s assisted living facility uses infinity pharmacy for their residents’ prescriptions. There have been several times in which I’ve had to get involved and call Infiniti directly to get the information I needed regarding the order and delivery of my mother’s meds. I have always been impressed with the customer service that I have received from Infiniti. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and always has the answer to all of my questions. They’ve also always delivered medications promptly, even on weekends.

I received statements - with questionable charges. I called and could not reach any customer service reps on the phone. I left voicemail, no return calls. Next I called the billing department to ask if they were "In network" and was told it was MY responsibilty to have Medicare set Infinity as a Preferred Pharmacy - very rude. Infinity Pharmacy is the suggested provider for an ALZ Care Center, so one would THINK they would provide customer service to the family member who is the POA. Nothing. I do NOT understand.

Edit again: editing this in February, 2021: Their service has improved a lot in the last few months. I am getting phone calls more frequently when medications are running out or there are price anomalies or sudden price hikes and they want to get my approval before shipping. I do still have to do a lot of work to stay on top of the refills, per my comments below. But the customer service aspect has improved, so I wanted to add to my comments and raise the stars on my review. Raising from one star to three stars. Hopefully this improvement will last.

I have been using Infinity Pharmacy Specialty Services for over 8 months now and I wouldn’t use any other pharmacy for my medically fragile child. They manage all of my child’s medications and makes sure she gets her medications on time. Before I had issues with my Pharmacy Not having her medication in stock because she was just one of the many patients they provide meds for. Infinity Focuses on providing meds (specialty, compounds, OTC’s, and more) for medically fragile children, therefore we have received top notch pharmacy service and there was no extra cost to use them compared to my

I just read with great interest Beverly Hicks review of this pharmacy. My conclusion is that yes, she is in need of medication based on her rant. I have been using Infinity Pharmacy since they first opened. Never have had any issues with obtaining medication on time. My wife recently had a heart attack and required new medication, it arrived the next day with absolutely no problem. One nice thing that Infinity does with my medication is prepackages each daily dosage. So, all I have to do is open the bag and take the medication with out digging through several pill bottles. My doctor encouraged me to try them. I’m new to area and need a compounding pharmacy, as well as a general one. I also need delivery services. I received a message saying they received my prescription and it provided a callback number that matches what is on the brochure my PCP provided. I called and told person #1 that she cannot find my prescription in system and she’s on pediatric side. She transfers me to voicemail that has shrill tone. I hung up and called again.
