My garage door spring broke and I needed it replaced. I had used O’Brien in the past. They wanted to charge me parts of $179.00 + labor of $150.00 for the regular spring or $250 for the lifetime spring + $150 labor. So either $329 or $400 plus tax. This felt kind of high. Sure enough 1 call to a competitor and I was able to get a new spring for $225 + tax. All done before noon. Do yourself a favor and shop around. It saved me a hundred bucks.

This is the second time I’ve had work done by this company. They are excellent. We all know a garage door with issues is a total pain. O’Brien has great customer service when you call, they show up quickly and the service techs are always super nice and thorough. We will definitely call them again if we need anything! It’s nice to have a reliable business to call!!

Excellent service. Our garage door came off the rails and the coil wire unwound from the spool. I called O’Brien Garage Doors as I had a prior good experience with them back in 2008. Sure enough the technician arrived promptly and in a short time repaired the door for a very reasonable price and it is now functioning normally. Highly recommend their services.

Had an excellent experience with O'Brien. My 25 year old garage door spring broke. They promptly scheduled an appointment to replace it. Their technician arrived on time and was thoroughly polite, informative, and quick in replacing the spring and tuning up my garage door. It now operated flawlessly despite its age.
