Dishonest business practices. Bait and Switch. Was quoted for renters insurance and told it would be $10.50 per month, with $10.50 being drafted from my account that day to initiate the policy. Approximately a week later, I received a draft notice in the mail stating that the policy was actually $18.75 and that $19.84 had been taken from my account to begin the policy; both of those figures are almost double what I was quoted. Just taking the $19.94 initially was fraudulent and was stealing, as my consent was only given for the amount of $10.50 to be taken (as i was quoted). I called this agent
