This company was really disappointing for my husband and I. They were not in easy contact, had terrible communication with us, and waited forever to do our appraisal. After trying to get things set up it, they took over a week to even SCHEDULE the appraisal. They also told us and our realtor very different stories for when the appraisal would be done. (I called and asked, they told me it had been done that day. They called my realtor and told him it had been done 3 days prior.) On top of all that, they were very hard to get ahold of.
