JC Jewelers is in the business of celebrating love and life, in the perfect setting of the historic log cabin that is their home, just off of the Jackson Hole town square. Founded and owned by husband and wife team, Jeter and Jan Case, the two have grown together with their business over the last thirty two years.
JC Jewelers offers fine handcrafted originals designed and made in Jackson Hole, Wyoming alongside a carefully curated collection of fine jewelry made by some of today's most exciting jewelry artists. The jewelry in our store is made with conflict-free diamonds and fair trade gemstones, and we use environmentally responsible precious metals.
The JC Jewelers studio creates custom jewelry in platinum and gold. From the first conversation to the finishing touches, we strive for transparency and excellence in our custom design services, making the process a delightful and unique experience. I visited the store back in June and everyone was extremely helpful as I searched for the perfect jewelry to commemorate my visit to Wyoming. I wanted something a bit different, and they worked with me after I had to return home to pick out the right style and elk ivory combination. They kept me informed about pricing and timing of completion -- my ring got delivered right on time and was even more lovely than I was expecting. I've gotten many compliments on it. The staff, particularly Bree, were fabulous, friendly, and very helpful without being pushy. I will definitely go back when I get back

I never knew what my “dream” engagement ring would look like, but after a meeting with Jeter, he knew better than I did and created a piece I absolutely love! I entrusted him with a family ring, which could be slightly scary in the wrong hands, and instead of completely altering it, he just enhanced it. I love that it still has the vintage feel, but with a modern twist. I couldn’t be happier with the custom work done by Jeter and his team at JC Jewelers!

My family and I take trips to Jackson every few years and I always make a point to visit this jewelry store! We love it!! I’m so impressed with the workmanship and quality of jewelry!! I’m So happy with my new elk horn necklace! They were able to add a diamond to the horn for me and then sent it to me. Super fast!! We will definitely be returning customers!

If you are in search of a one of a kind piece of jewelry and to be treated like a queen while you are searching for said piece; JC Jewelers is the place! We had been to six other jewelers before landing upon JC’s. Although we were treated respectfully at most of the places; Bri at JC’s took such great care of myself and my besties! Darling shop with helpful staff. I'm very picky about turquoise and had a lot of questions about a pair of earrings that caught my eye. The associate helping me didn't have the mine information so I didn't make the purchase, but I called later (still obsessed) and was promised a call back with details, and I received the info within 24 hours. As I was back home at this point, I experienced remote customer service which was very professional and prompt. I bought the earrings, they were carefully and quickly shipped to me and within a week of receiving the earrings I had a printed

I LOVE JC Jewelers. They SAVED my vacation, and my ring finger! I got my ring caught in a railing and it caused my finger to swell and turn black and blue. We were dreading a $2,000 emergency room bill so I called JC Jewelers and Jan so sweetly said, come over and I'll cut it off in no time! Sure enough, it took one minute, was painless and she wouldn't charge me anything!
This is also a beautiful jewelry store with a very nice selection! I ended up buying a ring and love it. I will return the next time I'm in Jackson Hole!

I received a package today from JC Jewelers. Like a little kid it was an early Christmas gift and could not wait until I opened it. After opening the fourth box there was a beautiful pair of elk ivory earrings and an elk ivory pendant. JC Jewelers did an awesome job and would highly recommend this store . Angela and Jan were very helpful. Thank you for making a Texas girl happy.
