Cicotte Plumbing was started in 1991 by Brian Cicotte, Sr. as a 1 truck service company in the Grosse Pointe area, and has since grown to include 7 trucks and 12 full time employees serving the entire Metro Detroit area. The company is still family owned and operated, including sons Gary and Brian Jr., both licensed Journeyman Plumbers.
Gary works in the service end, while Brian Jr. can be found on most of our remodel jobs. Wife Christine heads up the office, and daughter Megan still comes in to lend a hand when she is on break from her teaching job. We take great pride in being able to say that our business has grown over the years without advertising, with business coming strictly through word of mouth.

Because of my lack of knowledge of plumbing systems I completely undersold the scope of the work that needed to be done with the sewage line under my backyard. Once they dug and the full problem was understood, they fixed it without any issues. They were even willing to take the time to explain every step to me in detail and answer any questions I had while they were working. Everything turned out great and I am so relieved to have the issue fixed. They do great work

I had to have cracked cast iron sewer lines replaced under my basement floor which was a 2 day job. It also required a visit a week after to reinstall basement toilet. I was never without a active sewer line as the first day they were here they broke ground and removed old cast iron pipes and replaced it all with pvc pipes and I had fast flowing sewer lines later that day. They were fast, professional and even took the time to great my dogs every time they came in. Even getting down to their level and hugging them and petting them to make them at ease with many different people in and out. I would

I'm a contractor and a customer wanted to use them on a bathroom remodel on a very expensive house, they did a great job on it, top notch work, but I Reccommended them to my next client I was dealing with, same thing bathroom remodel, it was a more modest house, and they came and looked for the estimate, and spent about 2 minutes there and left, and never heard back from them, when we called back they stated they had no records. I'm not sure what happened but it definitely won't be recommending them anymore.

Ciotte was sub contracted through Lowes to install a hot water heater in a rental property. A couple days after the install I was contacted by a female associate from Ciotte stating that I owed an extra $100.00 for installation and if I didn't pay they would not process the permit and I would subjected to fines. I think doing business this way is very bad for business and companies that deal in this should not have a business license.
