A Touch Of Ambiance

On a evening, I went to get my face wax and eye brow threading done in this salon. After the face wax the lady did threading to remove any remaining hair. It was painful but I thought that it is inevitable for this process. Later when I came home and washed my face I was still having pain but I though it will go away. Next day when I woke up I noticed multiple cut marks on my right chin and I was shocked and went in tears. I called them and informed them but they asked me to use some ointment which is used for wounds. But she was not apologetic. I am worried that these cuts looks deep and ugly

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COLOR OR CUT. EYEBROWS ONLY. I specifically went in for a consultation and asked for a balayage but on the lighter side (my hair is naturally black and I was looking for extremely light brown/caramel/blonde in my hair). I showed Samina a picture of what I wanted (a picture of me from 2 years ago that she did) and she agreed that it was possible. I dont know what she did this time around, but it was clearly not what I asked for. This is the only place I get my eyebrows and hair done. Samina did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair and Pinky is simply amazing doing eyebrows.
Just went to this salon today to get my hair cut. The salon is also did a magnificent job providing their services while safely social distancing. I definitely recommend paying them a visit!

I came to this salon last year, and I was impressed. As I started coming more regularly, i felt like they were being less thorough. I got a haircut yesterday- I asked for a simple long layers and face frame. I had long hair to my Lower back. I left the place in tears because the hairstyle was horrible. The owner did not pay attention to what I wanted and she was not attentive during my haircut. My hair is now to my shoulders and I look horrible. I cried all day yesterday trying to figure out how to style my hair. Do not go to this salon.

Ask for Pinky to do your eyebrows, very precise in creating and keeping your natural shape.

This is the horrible place. My wife went there for a hair trim but the lady over there cut her hair to half and then she was not at all apologetic . If you love your hair then never go there. Going there is like putting your hair in fire.

Came here because I'm going away for three weeks and I need to get my eyebrows done. "Pinky" managed to remove one of my eyelashes while my eyes were closed. Acted completely unapologetic afterwards and no, I do not understand how she managed to pull this off. Will never come here again. Not worth it at all.
