My mother uses their services through Uber for the wheelchair assistance. They had a supervisor name Felicia who is awesome. Come to find out today she no longer works for the company. Hopefully she moved on to something better. The reason for this review is my mother missed several doctors appointments using their services, they would accept the trip and then cancel. This happened a few times, two of the times this happened was for crucial appointments.
