4 years and about $2200. later, they still haven't completed the work we asked them to do...which put us further behind with the IRS...missed out on some refunds at that. I contacted them frequently and never got a straight answer nor results.
We paid a LR firm a fraction of that and we got 6 years worth of taxes done in weeks.
