Our experience was very good. Everyone at the shop was nice and professional. Alex in particular was very knowledgeable and helped us choose our floor.
Our delivery was going to be late because the truck was not available but we told them that we needed the floor delivered because we were going on vacations the next day. They somehow found a pickup truck and delivered the floor on time.

Worth not wasting any time. The father son duo will quote different prices for floor installation and will not budge then. Their quoted price were also higher for hardwood floors sold by other retailers in the area. They never showed up for measurements in-house after multiple commitments and follow up messages. Eventually had to visit their store 3 times just to get an estimate quote on my email with different quoted prices than verbally discussed.
Owner was outright rude about not wanting to waste his workers time by coming down for appointment which I didn't bother much but someone else

There is a saying when choosing the right contractors...there are 3 things you want...you can, if you are lucky, have 2..never 3. These are Price, Quality, and Timeliness. Well...I am here to say that with Miguel and Alex you do indeed get all 3. In fact I'd add another..integrity which speaks to the pride and personal touch of a family run business.

Best Buy Floors was amazing from start to finish! Their prices were fair and they beat the competitors that I compared them to, they were also willing to find floor samples even if they weren't in their showroom. The process went very smoothly, Alex was so helpful while I was deciding on which hardwood floor to choose. I never felt rushed and they helped guide me to the perfect floor. The installer, Matt was such an expert and always willing to stop and answer questions along the way. The floors turned out beautiful, we will definitely be using Best Buy in the future for our next floor project

We worked with Miguel and Maria through the whole process of replacing our old carpets and oak solid hardwood floor with engineered oak hardwood floor, they were professional and great! The price is not the lowest but absolutely reasonable. The hardwood floor itself is high end product. Besides the installer Matt was great, he's very polite and did a flawless job. Overall I'm a happy customer and will definitely recommend them to my families and friends.

Holy cow. This was the most painless remodeling job we've ever done thanks to Maria. They were prompt, professional and the floors look stunning. AND it was during COVID. They honored our request for contactless samples, the installer wore a mask and they were extremely responsive to emails with questions. The other contractors we tried dealing with either couldn't get samples or sent the wrong ones, took days or weeks to respond and were unable to be very helpful. I will not hesitate to use these guys again. What a fantastic experience!

Top professionals. Beautiful work. They were extremely meticulous in the installation process, reviewing and resolving issues to a level of perfection. Small Family owned business with pride of ownership and quality in the work performed. They also have the best flooring stock around; it was easy to choose a floor material. The owner and son are very nice people. Highly recommended.

Best Buy Floors was great to work with on re-flooring our home! They did our carpet, laminate, hardwood refinishing, as well hardwood installation. The customer service is exceptional. We were in a really hectic season, and whatever I discussed on the phone with Maria and Priscila would be prepped waiting for me on arrival - samples to review, paperwork to sign, etc. And I didn't even ask for this. Just incredible. It was so helpful. The team is so prompt on communication, and they were patient in educating us on our options. Priscila managed our project, and she went above and beyond

2. I have not asked for a ridiculous discount. You are making a false accusation. I never even specified any amount. I just asked for a discount stating that there are discrepancies in the expectation. When Alex came back with the updated number, it was less than 1% of original quoted price.
3. When I wrote 20~30% higher, I received quotes from other companies. It wasn't based on my original budget.

We got engineered hardwood installed in our condo and absolutely recommend Best Buy Floors to anybody looking to get new floors. They were everything you could ask for- knowledgeable, professional and experts at what they do. My husband and I wanted hardwood that wouldn't move when we walked on it plus had good sound rating, keeping in mind our downstairs neighbors.
