As a pediatric dentist, it is a great honor to take care of children from all walks of life. I love interacting with children: helping a child through a dental visit is a great privilege. Having an anxious child have a pain- and worry-free visit is the best. Having a child trust me is a great reward.
Our team at Children's Dentistry of Central Alabama works tirelessly to care for each child as if they were our own. The staff accommodates any patient, on any day - no matter how busy we are - because no child in need should ever be turned away. Each member of our team welcomes every child and their family with love, patience, and compassion.
Seeing a need in the community for easily accessible specialty care, Children's Dentistry of Central Alabama partnered with Dr. David Ashley in 2018 to offer wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Ashley is a high skilled oral surgeon who comes to the Children's Dentistry of Central Alabama office with his team once to twice a month.
For Drs. James and Rayne Osborn, nothing is more rewarding than earning a child's trust and seeing a spontaneous grin at the end of a visit. We and our team would be honored to provide your children with quality dentistry, helping them grow up with bright, healthy smiles! This place is awesome 😊. Took my one year old and by it begin his first time I thought he were going to act up but he didn't. My son father and I felt very comfortable with the whole experience glad we chose this place. We were greeted with smiling faces upon entering and leaving. They get you in and out it's VERY much organized and sanitized I can tell you that. Not just my toddler but his older siblings will be returning back with him.

First time going to Children's Dentistry of Central Alabama, my daughter and I loved it. I would highly recommend. Dr. James and his wife Dr. Rayne was so amazing with my daughter. And their staff is what every office needs. One staff member was very special to my daughter and I, Mrs. Janna went above and beyond with my daughter.

Way more than we expected. Super friendly, kind to our children and thoughtful enough to explain every step. They even offered to do more treatmen at our visit because of our 3 hour drive to get there. I've never looked forward to going to a dentist, but having ones who are like this husband and wife team sure makes us not dread going back.
