In 1988 in Cleveland, Tennessee Alex McCarty had a desire to start airbrushing custom T-Shirts. So, he told his friends and they laughed him out of the room and told him he didn't know how to do that. So, Heaven's Presents started that day. He started doing one shirt at a time on top of a large stereo speaker that was a makeshift table with an easel on top.
He had two ministries that carried our hand brushed custom T-Shirts. Finally, they had to set up production in the bedroom of a house where we could do four shirts at a time. Then one day a friend told Alex to buy me a small screen-printing press. From that day forward, Heaven's Presents custom T shirt and apparel printing has never looked back.

A: Raster files such as JPEG, TIFF, PSD and vector files such as Ai, EPS, and PDF are all fine. But if you're sending a raster file, the minimum resolution we accept is 200dpi (dots per inch) Raster files work in pixels rather than the lines and curves that vectors do. Because of this if you have a low dpi image- when we enlarge or shrink it, quality will be lost.

Not only did Alex and his team work hard to get our order done and to us by the deadline, but they helped us choose what would best fit our market. I am not a fashion designer, so the input and attention to detail was a step above and beyond. Our design so fast-- we had to put in a re-order! I've worked with Alex and the HP team a few times now and they are amazing. We've worked together on smaller orders, large quantity orders, even rush work!
They take it all in stride and make sure my order is completely correct. They help to select the right shirt makes, colors, sizing. They even let you look at samples!

Alex with Heavens Presents has been AaaaaaaMaaaaazing! He has put up with my delays and craziness! We print shirts and lost everything in our store due to an electrical fire on April 25, 2020. We called Alex and he agreed to help us until we can get our building back. Even though it will still be some months away he has gone out of his way to accommodate us during this devastating time. We didn't want to lose our long time customers and he has made sure we haven't missed a beat! He and his staff are very professional and AWESOME to work with!!! I’ve tried working with multiple screen printing companies around the Knoxville area over the past few years. Non have worked out, until I found Heavens Presents. Alex and his team were fantastic to work with! He goes above and beyond communicating the whole process and touched based with me often. He worked to get an affordable price for a particular style shirt I needed. He was able to complete a large order for me on a fairly tight deadline. I love Heavens Presents! I have been using them for the last 7 years or so for all my t-shirt needs. They are wonderful to work with as far as design - the concept of what you want, their fast production and their attention to detail.
