Exceptional service and extrordinarily helpful and accomadating staff.
I spoke to Tim several times over the course of a few months with questions about a medication that I was using. I wasnt even a client then and he was still more than willing to have these conversations with me about my health and certain medications that I was being treated with elsewhere. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and at the same time I really felt like he takes a real human approach to the way he helps people. I got the sense that he takes a more holistic approach and knows the importance of individualized

Please before using this facility read the two FDA warnings this pharmacy has received. There is one from 2015 and another from 2018. One of the things in both warnings was that they used regular bottled drinking water in their mixing that was tested and found to have bacteria. The main issue in both was how unsanitary the conditions were. I just don’t want anybody to suffer irreparable harm from not knowing about these problems. If it was one warning-fine they then knew what to fix but like with the contaminated water used they continued to do it after being told how bad it was. Knowledge is

There is a different level of service here - it truly is exceptional. Everyone I have talked with has been incredibly kind and exceedingly accommodating. Their compounding abilities are exceptional - they are able to personalize prescrips based on what you do and do not want in them...so for those who are vegetarians/vegans, have sensitivities, or do not want any colorants or controversial fillers added, this pharmacy is the answer. They strive to meet your every need and I am so very thankful for them.

I own a pet business in Missoula and when one of our best client's dogs needed medication in a hurry, Tim and the staff at Montana Compounding Pharmacy didn't hesitate. Even in the face of equipment troubles and probably a hundred other clients demanding their attention, these folks exceeded my highest expectations--and did it with a smile.
