** an update. About a month later. I had traded in my vehicle, that had payments on my previous loan, traded for a 4runner, for another loan with another bank. Till this day after a grace period my previous loan has not been paid off and now I'm getting emails regarding late payment. I've contacted Shelly many times regarding this and all I get is " they can't do nothing about it". First they said it has been sent then tell me that payment has been returned due to wrong address. Not good business ethics. Will see if it gets paid tomorrow

If I could give negative stars I would. Never do business with them for sales or service. NEVER! They sold us a piece of junk truck with multiple unsafe systems showing their service department doesn't know what it is doing or they don't care they sell unsafe vehicles. Upon bringing the truck back for service they made the issues worse. No working lights. Sent my kid off the lot with an unroadworthy vehicle. ILLEGAL! Refused to fix anything. Refused to buy it back. We had to put $1200 in to make the car drivable by our kid. They don't care about their customers. At all.

Negative 5 stars , I test drove a vehicle with my wife and when I got back they said that they had someone else buying it instead, and that I wasted their time, and that they were waiting on me and my wife to get back from the test drive so they could sell it. They offered 4K on my fully loaded off-road vehicle that has a resale of 15k with 0 mods. Meanwhile 3 salesmen were standing Infront of the entrance shooting crap with eachother pointing at me and my wife laughing. They will rip you off and try to make you feel dumb. And the vehicle these guys tried to sell me had flat tires squealing brakes

This dealership sells trucks that they KNOW have problems. It's one thing to try and make money off someone but it's another to sell a truck that is having problems when I clearly said that I have a 2 month old baby. Thankfully the deal didn't even go through and I was able to bring the truck back. 3 hours later I walked off the Fugate Ford Enumclaw lot with a Toyota Tundra with LESS MILES, LESS MONTHLY PAYMENT AND THE TRUCK WAS $3000 LESS. Everything happens for a reason and I'm glad it all worked out the way it did. I would have been stuck paying for a 28k truck that would

I purchased a vehicle from here and the salesman explained that my check engine light would go off after I left because the oil life just needed to reset, they also gave me the vehicle with not even enough gas to get home. The next day and weeks to follow the light remained on. I had to schedule an appointment at their auto shop (who do not work hand and hand because the person I talked to over the phone told me to talk to a man who was NO LONGER AN EMPLOYEE and hadn't been for years) which has almost no staff so they have terrible scheduling. I came for my appointment, was given a dirty vehicle

I went here last Friday. I discovered them through Craigslist from one of their ad on one of their vehicles that I was really really interested in. They are easily located right on South Tacoma Way.

I found a car online I'd been looking into purchasing for sometime! After sending an automated message to the dealer specifying interest in the vehicle (at 9pm the night before) I was called promptly and emailed giving me information and letting me know the vehicle was still available and I could come in for a test drive!
I arrived early and Richard was ready to help me right away! Went for a test drive and was happy with the vehicle!
