Momiji Restaurant

First timer from LA!
I haven't had Asian food like that even in LA! The employees were so polite and easy to talk to. The environment was nice, though I opted for take out both times.
The food is/was exquisite. Such attention to detail. The flavors in the broth of the vegetable soup. Wow. And the Vegetarian Dinner box for sushi was just fantastic! There's a Buddha Roll with honey roasted peanuts inside. That was new, I've never had something like that before and that was amazing!
Highly recommend!

We've gone twice so far, we'll call it "lupper". Service was good, staff lovely. The food was not only very good, but seemed healthier than many similar restaurants. I'm an Asian food fanatic, I appreciate great food. We tried appetizers, salad, dinners and this time, a Bento box. Good portions, process and flavor. Their sauces are unique and very good. There's also comfort food for those who are not adventurous, also delicious. Their fried rice is especially delicious. I have a few food allergies, they were accommodating and got my orders correctly. I recommend Momiji.

Ordered Take out on May 5th. We got Agedashi Tofu, Miso Eggplant, sushi sashimi combo, sashimi deluxe, and various maki. We were very impressed with the flavor of the fish. Great food. Very glad they've re opened during this pandemic.

Been eating here for a long time and have never had a bad meal. Their sushi is delicious and looks beautiful! My favorite is the Godzilla roll.

Drove by so many times, finally stopped in got some sushi take out and sake. Absolutely delicious, clean place, well appointed, good sake, intimate low light great for dinner with friends and family or a date. Will return and soon!!!!!!

Big portions and excellent sushi, cooked eel and appetizers. Most or all of the staff may not be from Japan, but this is still the best place within the Kingston, Rosedale, Stone Ridge and New Paltz area to get sushi. Some of the appetizers taste just like the ones I used to eat when I lived in Japan a year.

Food was excellent! Both my husband and I loved our meals. He got the chefs choice sushi and I got a squid dinner. Everything was on point with our food. However, The waitresses were not very on top of things, and we waited a long time to order dessert and to get our bill. To be clear this was on a very slow night so it seemed weird. That being said, we can't wait to go again because the food is well worth the wait.

The sushi rolls and Sashimi were fresh and delicious. The service was excellent, so if you're in Stoneridge and looking for Japanese food, I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very tasty ramen- worth the wait. Small space, family style table in the middle and bar stools off to the side. Salty and yummy all in one. Flavors and ingredients could have been more interesting - but no complaints. Great food, worth a taste!
